Gschwandtkopf Draglifts

The Gschwandtkopf draglifts form a good progression for a beginner skier who is moving from the nursery slopes and for those finding their feet at the beginning of a holiday. The first lift that skiers coming onto the Gschwandtkopf normally use is the Happy Schleppi button lift to the side of the main Gschwandtkopf chairlift. Once that short descent has been conquered, the Brunnental T-Bar to the left of the hill and the Olympia on the right both have wide open spaces to practice one's style on a blue run.

Gschwandtkopf Chairlift

The Gschwandtkopf chairlift is a modern four-seater chairlift which rises 1500 metres to some spectacular views out over the Inn valley and the Stubai Alps. The slope under the chairlift is wide and the runs are marked as easy, although more difficult variants can be chosen. From the top of the chairlift it is possible to ski either to Auland (Reith), to the Seewaldalm (Mösern) or to take a path through the trees to rejoin the main slope at the top of the Olympia draglift.
